Mary Yoder is a friend of whom we had great respect and consequenty engaged her as listing agent for our lakefront property. Having time on our side, we listed very high, and planned frequent reductions, as needed. Mary was candid about the risks involved but very supportive. She was extremely creative as the need to market differently evolved....and we may be one of the few who sold their home with the initial photo being not the street house view, but instead, the view of the lake (our biggest selling point). Clearly the buyer bought for those reasons. At closing, a major crisis arose which required enormous special attention and superb selling skills...and Mary excelled in both. We are truly grateful and will glady reccomend her to others.

Met all my expectations from beginning to end. Great guy to talk with and kept me updated through the process. House sold to the second person that looked at it within 48 hours. Need a relator, I would highly recommend Greg Pepper of Cutler Realty.

Romi was knowledgeable in the market conditions, was very proactive with her communication and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Kim made the buying experience very easy. Anytime I had questions Kim was always available to answer them for me. She always has her clients best interest in mind. I would highly recommend using Kim for any of your real-estate needs. Throughout which would ordinarily be a dubious adventure thou has remained commendable and let us be at ease.

As first time home buyers, Mike really took the time and attention to detail to ensure my wife and I were valued and heard. He took our two very different tastes and was able to find us a home that fit both of our needs. He was very flexible with our crazy work schedules. 10/10

Linda was available for questions all hours of the day. She had the knowledge to work through a couple of snags throughout the process. Without her experience, and tenacity the deal could have easily have fallen through.

Terri was extremely patient with us during the entire selling/buying process. She was very responsive and was always available when we needed her. We were very picky during the buying process and she was very supportive! She did an amazing job ensuring our selling and buying timelines matched up and really reduced our stress with the process. We would definitely use Terri again and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell!

I'm pretty sure Stephen Dial's name belongs under Webster's definition of an AMAZING realtor, if that section exists in the dictionary!! He helped me find my dream home in a very desirable location, and somehow we did it without a bidding war! Absolutely unheard of, and I'm still in awe of how amazing he is. As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Stephen Dial made the entire process so easy. He explained everything along the way, and made sure I never felt confused or had any unanswered questions or concerns. I always felt informed and taken care of. I am beyond grateful to have had the privilege of working with Mr. Dial. He's the only realtor my family will ever use! And one last thing... HE'S NEVER ALLOWED TO RETIRE! 😂❤️

Jason was so great to work with! We are first time home owners and weren't 100% sure what we wanted out of our first home.
